We stayed here one night then moved to the resort across the street. It was noisy in the room since it's on the highway. Not my cup of tea. More

I pulled in very late to the Port Polson Inn and was greetly very warmly by the front desk clerk. I was pleasantly surprised at the beautifully appointed room. Gorgeous! It was very clean and the breakfast the next morning offered many items and the staff was flexible about the closing time and I never felt rushed. Thank You and... More

We stayed at Port Polson last week. Our first time to the area and we had no idea what to expect. I decided to call the hotels to get more of a feel. We were treated with the best customer service from that first phone call to when we checked out. Annie and her staff are amazing. Our view from... More

We wanted something really inexpensive, but not a total dive! Were we ever pleasantly surprised! We were given a large, clean room with a king-sized bed, a little kitchenette (microwave, sink and mini fridge) and an okay-sized bathroom. The cabin decor was perfect! The bed/bedding were great! The water pressure was super. AND, best of all, we opened our curtains... More

My husband and I stayed here on our way from Missoula to Glacier Park. The people were friendly. The room was clean. The wireless worked. It wasn't fabulous, but was worth the price for where it is. We checked out the continental breakfast and decided to go to Betty's Diner next door for breakfast instead. Definitely do that. More

I almost didn't come to this hotel - I saw a review on google that said this hotel was biased towards "people of color". I'm a person of color. I didn't perceive any bias or racism. On the contrary the owners were enthusiastic, warm, and gracious. My room was done in pink. Not my favorite color, but it was amusing.... More

This hotel is not nearly as nice or quite as the Best Western across the street. The service is poor from the front desk to maid service. Don't run out of glasses or anything else if you stay for more than a day. They are not good at replentishing anything. We would not stay again and would recommend the Best... More

good location, arrived having driven from yellowstone.... not badly priced for being right on the lake, although the road is in between, the traffic does stop later in the evening though and isnt a problem at all. We had a pink room, which was really lovely, makes a change to have a bit of colour as most hotels/motel seem to... More

I made reservations online for myself but decided to call and ask some questions to pass information on to the rest of my family making plans for a family event this summer. The gal who answered the phone had no desire to answer my questions. Since I made my reservations online, I was hooked and she didn't need to bother... More
