“What makes this a good stay is the staff”

“OES loves Missoula!”

Wonderful experience. Food was a little slow going but there were a lot of us so we understand. Bridgette was great! The front desk ladies were so helpful and Cheri was always quick with a joke. We love those ladies. Thank you Missoula. We will definitely be back!

“A pleasant experience”

The hotel is close to the University of Montana and downtown. The staff at the front desk was quick and professional. Our room was very clean. The free internet service was easy to use. This hotel is not on a busy street so there was no noise from outside traffic. I would definitely return on my next trip to Missoula.

“Not superb”

Stayed here for 3 nights... it was..OK...nothing special. I'm used to rooms having microwaves for feeding my kids in the room or making popcorn and there wasn't one :( the bath tub drain didn't work so kiddos couldn't take a bath and the hot/cold was backwards and never really got hot. “Good Trip”

The Hotel was very nice. The restaurant/bar was great. Good food, good value. Brady was an excellent server/bartender. He knew the menu items well and made good recommendations. We were pleased with all of the food items.

“Like The Location-Not Much Else”

Downtown, walk to stores, restaurants annd campus of U of Montana. Front desk needs help, wait, wait, wait. Elevators are slow. Staff inattentive. Water pressure is dismal. Not a great choice other than location. I stayed here on a discount for a conference.

Megan S is the greatest server. Super friendly, attentive and knowledgable. I have had her as a server twice and both times have been above and beyond! The patio is absolutely fantastic and a great setting for cocktails. The happy hour is by far the best deal in Missoula!

Called and reserved room on the road. Check in was quick and the room was great. Very comfortable and clean. Shower was great and bwd comfortable. Restaurant on site. Breakfast was good. Dinner was mediocre. Will stay again.
