The staff was friendly and our room was clean and seemed like it was freshly painted. The king size bed was comfortable. The advantage of this hotel is that the rooms all face the interior court yard so there is no street noise. This is a great alternative to paying $30 - $50 more to stay at one of the... More

Counter person was pleasant and helpful. Room was not clean to my standards. Better care should be taken to vacuum thoroughly. Popcorn found alongside bed indicated to me that this part of the clean-up was less than it should be. The bathroom had a bad odor. More

I ended up at this hotel through the Expedia program that works like Hotwire - didn't know the name of the hotel until I'd paid. Then I read the reviews and was HORRIFIED. But it wasn't that bad. It wasn't dirty or smelly - just old and run down. The closet door had been removed and the hardware and marks... More

Goes down in my history is one of the WORST ever! This is a bad rep for DAYS INN. This place was really filthy and smelled bad. I couldn’t believe that when I awakened in the morning to make my coffee, the coffee pot was full of MOLDY, BURNED coffee from probably years ago! Paint was coming off the door... More

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Good rate, good location - bad smell, shabby, dirty carpet, holes in wall, old and cracked bathroom. Would NEVER stay here again. I can not believe this is a Days Inn. Make sure you ask to see a room first. Disgusting. More

Nice location walking distance to park and waterfront but thats about it. It is rundown, less than clean, noisy, and expensive. There are much better choices in Missoula for less money. More

I stayed there all last week and have to report that this motel is a good bit worse than when I stayed there last time. Apparently the current owners don't place high value on cleanliness. When I arrived, I spent an hour with a bar of soap and washcloth cleaning the doors, door handles, tables, etc in my room. I... More

So gross. Not only was it dirty, but it was OLD - and not in that charming way. I will never go back, despite the great location. What an eyesore. The staff was slow, rude, and incompetent. Non-smoking room still smelled like smoke, and the toilet ran constantly. Sure, it had it's own parking lot, but it was full and... More

Nice downtown location, secure parking, clean bathroom (but the rest of the room could have been cleaner). AC worked great and was quiet, but the towels will exfoliate you before you get dry. The staff had no idea on how to fix the internet problems that we and other guests were experiencing. Since the hotel management was "east Indian" it... More

This place is by NO means anything to write home about it, but it worked for us. Yes, it's shabby, but it's in the heart of the Missoula's great downtown ~ the real, historic area as opposed to the freeway and big box stores. We were able to park and bike around town (and Missoula is meant for biking!). The... More
