Convenient, pleasant stay. Was in and out within 12 hours but they made it all the more easy for me.

My room was given away but the clerk did happen to find me another one. That is not so cool. Other than that the hotel was good and clean and rooms were excellent.

The new HIE is a great new place to stay in Great Falls. The former HIE is now a Comfort Inn, but the phone number apparently stayed with the hotel building! We stayed at the HI-express thinking our 7 & 9 year old daughters would enjoy the waterslide and pool area. And, yes, they did! This is a brand new hotel and about as good as it gets for a Holiday Inn Express. The staff was also on the ball. When I'm in Great Falls, this is the only place I will stay.
