“staying in Great Falls for border shopping”

The staff we exceptional, very helpful providing directions to us. The water slide looked like so much fun I was disappointed we did not have time to try it out. Great location with awesome staff as well as breakfast.Close to shopping malls and nice restaurants.

We stayed for a week and everyday was great. The front desk help morning to evening was very friendly and caring. The hotel has a great atmosphere and very clean. Nice hotel near shopping and movie theatres in Great Falls . Have stayed here on numerous occasions and for me this is the best option in Great Falls . Only caution: Breakfast consistently poorer than other Holiday Inn Express locations .

“Nice Hotel, some minor tweaks needed”

Usually we stay at Hampton Inns, but thought we'd give this a try. Nice clean hotel, a little bit noisy due to an abundance of kids running up and down the hall. “Very nice hotel!”

I stay at this hotel whenever I'm in the Great Falls area. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff is pleasant (and knowledgeable), and the breakfast is a nice bonus. I'd consider staying somewhere else, but only if this hotel was sold out!

“Pleasantly Surprised”

The folks here were great. Room was clean and quiet. Had requested a top floor and they were very accommodating. Don't know about the pool, but the slide looked like fun. Breakfast was pretty good for a complimentary breakfast. There was hot food as well as the normal fixings. Will be back.
