This was my first stay in Bozeman and I am so happy I found and stayed at the Lehrkind Mansion! Chris is such a wonderful accommodating host, putting me instantly at ease. The Mansion is simply gorgeous! And what history!! My room was beautiful and very comfortable as well. There is so much to enjoy from the inside to the... More

We stayed a in the Spruce Suite has weekend during MSU's Graduation Weekend, and In-laws stayed in Aspen Room. Accommodations were just what we needed. Chris was an excellent host. Breakfasts were par excellence. Sitting Room in Mansion was perfect for family reminiscing and laughter. Seeing and listening to the 7 foot tall Music Box was worth the $1,000+ I... More

My wife and I have been coming from Australia to Bozeman for many years. We love the town and have now purchased a home there. We only just discovered the Lehrkind Mansion this April. And what a find! It is a wonderfully warm and friendly place to stay. Chris is the perfect host and his breakfasts are simply to die... More

My niece and I came to Bozeman to see if MSU was the right educational "fit" for her college future. I wanted to stay near town. Most of the Bozeman motels were located near the freeways in more industrial neighborhoods. I am not usually a "bed & breakfast" traveler. Sometimes they seem "invasive". Lehrkind was delightful. Breakfast was A+ and... More

The Lehrkind Mansion is a great find! We stayed 1 night on our way to Yellowstone and were so pleased that we booked a room for the night before our flight home. The mansion is well maintained with comfortable beds and clean rooms. What makes it really special is the host, Chris, and the great breakfast.

The Lehrkind is simply the best B&B in Bozeman. Terrific food and service, beautiful grounds and very historic, well maintained mansion, friendly and very hospitable folks in charge, quiet. It's Los in a more historic district of Bozeman, not right on the main drag, but a very pleasant walk from downtown. My wife and I spend our honeymoon there and... More

We stayed for 3 nights as an impromptu family trip to the Bozeman area, & could not have been more pleased with our accommodations (in the garden house), fantastic breakfasts (suitable for even the pickiest 5 year old's palate) & Chris the super accommodating & friendly host. The Lehrkind will forever be the place to rest our weary heads in... More

It was nearly 11 pm when we checked in for the night. Chris greeted us with a big welcome and a smile. He gave us a quick tour of this magnificent place and then showed us to our well appointed room. Our room was very quiet, immaculately clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing...everything fresh and made to order. We would... More

Usually when I discover a special place I like to keep it a secret. But this place deserves to be recognized as we were treated so well. Chris greeted us and made us feel right at home. Soon we were learning and experiencing a part of history in Bozeman. Chris is obviously very proud of his B&B AND his cooking... More
