“Nice comfortable room.”

Nice comfortable room. I thought the hotel was quiet considering the fact that they had an indoor water park. I slept really well and the shower was nice. The free breakfast was the best one I've had. They had eggs, bacon, home fries and homemade bread. This is an extremely nice property.

“Wonderful stay!!!”

We stayed for 3 nights the beginning of June and everything went great! We were there for a Convention and they were very busy but handled everything very efficient, professional and friendly. “Nice hotel, but not without shortcomings”

Don't come here expecting the Four Seasons or over the top guest service but it is adequate and fun for kids especially those that are 12 and under. “No Military Discount”

As an active military member, I am extremely disappointed that you do not honor service members by offer a slight discount. You have several other discounts, but not military. Very sad. I travel to Billings often to visit family and friends during leave but have chosen more expensive hotels that honor visiting guests.

I apologize that our staff did not extend a military discount to you. We do honor our military and give them a discount. “Excellent Stay”

Stayed here one night in April 2013. Had never stayed at this property before, but I will definately return. Rooms were large, and very well furnished. Beds were very comfortable, and the bedding looked and smelled clean. Plenty of pillows too. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good variety of food. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful.

“Stay here if you have children...not if you want a romantic weekend.”

With the hotel attached to a waterpark, the place is busy and noisy. 2 morning is a row, the noise (and it was LOUD) begun. Children hollering, pounding with running feet, loud children with less than respectable parents. I probably wouldn't stay here again given the favt, when I travel I like to sleep in the morning. “enjoyable stay”

The rooms are very comfortable with lots of room & the frig & microwave are a nice added plus. Beds are very comfortable. The curtains let in way too much light to sleep soundly. For a hotel of this caliber you would think they would have nice lucous towels in the rooms & in the spa tub.

This was our fourth stay at Big Horn Resort. It is undeniably the cleanest hotel we have EVER stayed in. The staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, constantly asks if everything is okay.
