Stockton has become my second home in the past 7 years. The owners and staff are so personable and helpful, I look foward to seeing them every weekend! We stayed in one of the cabins. Unit was dirty, oven didn't work, and appeared very old and unkept. Just very run down. Appliances were extremely old and outdated. Overall, not anywhere near worth the money paid.

We needed a place to stay in the Stockton area when we went to visit our son who is in school there. Orleans Trail was a great choice. It is right on the lake, so it's off season; therefore we got a great rate. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and seemed to have been recently painted and freshened up.

I'm assuming the owner checked us in. He definitely had signs of customer and tourist burn out. Had to wait until someone in housekeeping called him with a room that had been cleaned.
