I booked a non-smoking room online, only to arrive in a smoking room....really smoky. I had the paperwork/documentation to show that it was a non-smoking room, but the manager, Mr. Ken Patel, refused to reimburse. I'm not sure I've received such pathetic and rude customer service ever in my life.
