We spent a couple of nights at the Doubletree in Springfield this past week and we were very pleasantly surprised...not because we didn't expect much from Doubletree, but because it exceeded our already elevated expectations. “Too much money for too little”

The drive way was blocked, so had to carry luggage from parking lot. The ice machine was broken. We left and item in the room and called to ask about it. I've stayed at this facility on many business travels. The facility is very well maintained, comfortable, convenient, and staff offers very good service. I'd think one will get full value for the buck.

“Great breakfast- Nice Staff”

My wife and I enjoyed staying here during the college graduation of our daughter. The rooms are comfortable, the elevators are efficient, and the breakfast and staff are great. We love Springfield and this hotel.

Real nice hotel, very friendly staff, especially housekeeping! Breakfast is fantastic! The beds are great, the AC could work a little better though. The view from the 8th floor is great. The restaurant has real good food and a great atmosphere. Beware, the BBQ place in front of the hotel has horrible service!
