Compared to other local places where I've stayed, La Quinta Inn East was a very pleasant experience. The room and hotel was CLEAN, the pool was warm, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. I don't know what more you could ask for. I'll definitely be a future customer again!
They made the stay feel like being at a friend's house. Their sense of humor and helpfulness is beyond measure!!! I would recommend anyone traveling on I-44 to stay at this LQ and tell Mr. Pervis his favorite Steelers fan sent you. :)

This is a wonderfully located property--close to the campuses, Bass Pro, fairgrounds and eateries. Very clean, helpful staff and the breakfast was good.
The room was very large and clean and we slept very very well! Highly recommend this hotel!
Nice, clean rooms and easy-to-use wifi. We booked our stay in the winter and loved that the room was already heated for us when we arrived
It doesn't take a rocket expert to figure out that nukeing precooked sausage turns out like rubber, and the taste was terrible. I arrived for breakfast about 45 minutes after it opened. We have stayed at this hotel for a number of years, driving between Illinois and AZ, for the winter. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and it has always been quiet when we have stayed there. Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, and reasonable.
We always stay at LQ being pet friendly did not feel this was up to the usual standard of LQ.
Felt rate was overpriced for what we got.
This is the 1st LQ that I have seen a TIP JAR on the breakfast buffet.
