The hotel was fine, in that nothing was horrible, and nothing was great. My room wasn't ready when I checked in (bad), the front desk forced a free drink coupon in my hand (good), except I don't drink. Stayed two nights for a business meeting. On 6th floor with a view of the convention centre. Our meeting was at the Americas which is a quick walk across the street. My room service charges were charged to another persons credit card. I noticed this on my bill and called - THEY CHARGED SOMEONE ELSE FOR MY ROOM SERVICE! The hotel is classy and clean. The staff was wonderful from check-in, housekeeping, and the management. We were treated so warmly and kindly from all of the staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. It was a great location with walking distance to shopping and a lot of food and nightlife choices.
