Decent clean hotel, everything worked, nothing smelled. Only complaint: complimentary breakfast items available were not as numerous or varied as other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Reservation for adjoining rooms got hosed up, but desk clerk was able to fix upon arrival.

This was our second time staying here in three years, because of the value. Hotel and rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the facility near to downtown St. Charles, mall, shopping and restaurant. Also a short drive to St. Louis. We will be back when we visit again in the future.

I read the reviews on Trip Advisor and most were favorable. I have absolutely no complaints. Very comfortable, professional staff and clean rooms. The great atmosphere began the minute we walked in after a long drive in the rain - fresh, very good coffee is right at the front door. What a welcome!

We were extremely pleased with the service and accomodations - have stayed in more expensive hotels that I didn't like half as much. It was a pleasure to have hot coffee and breakfast available as soon as you got up. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I love how they use white cotton duvet cover instead of the fancy schmancy thick blanket. With white cotton one can tell easily & readily from the sight & smell if the bed is clean. The St. Charles, MO Hampton Inn has proven time & time again to be the best price, cleanest, most easily accessible place to stay. Their staff are unbeatable in service, & we'd recommend this place to anyone!! An added bonus is the complimentary breakfast that will please anyone's appetite!!
