The rooms at the hotel were average, but did have comfortable beds. The staff was more than helpful around the whole hotel. We really enjoyed the casino, but didn't care too much for the smoke on the casino floor. The sports bar within the hotel is fabulous, with great food and drinks. Would go back, it was more than affordable.

I have to agree the room was outdated and not clean. We had 4 people in the room and they knew this but it was not stocked for this (towels etc.). These days, even the cheapest of hotels/motels offer free WiFi/Internet access, but not Harrahs' North Kansas City. As other reviewers have mentioned, if you want Internet access at this hotel, you'll pay through the nose for it.
