A nice solid property, very clean and comfortable rooms. Greeted by a friendly front desk staff, who were helpful with an early check-in, late check-out and directions/recommendations for places to eat or nearby coffee. This Best Western is very nicely maintained, friendly staff and good breakfast. THe rooms are large and the bed comfortable. The wireless internet is very fast, which is a plus is you are there on a business trip.

We stayed there during D-Day week so the hotel was completely full, but the staff remained calm, the included breakfasts were ready at 6 am, and the premises were clean. If you're traveling through Neosho, and hey, who isn't, this is a very nice place to stay.

I stop here every time I'm in the vicinity because they just do things right. Rooms are clean, the people are nice, I get a good night's sleep. What more could you ask?

We have family in the area and stay here whenever possible. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the rates reasonable. What more could you really want? The management even responds to those feedback cards I always assume get tossed without being read. They want return business!

Checked in for two nights. Had a clean room on the third floor away from the elevator as requested. We had a small microwave and a refrigerator in our room which was a nice surprise.
