Great place to stay! The cabins are very clean and right on the water. We've used Fort Niangua for many different events and activities and have always had a great experience. There's a lot of fun things to do like rafting or canoeing on the river. My kids love coming up here and so do we!

We enjoyed & recommend Ft. Niangua. Beautiful, secluded tranquil with river access. Staff, organized, friendly, helpful. Cabin-rustic, clean, spacious, air. Float trip was amazing, lots of wildlife. Dirty and uncomfortable about sums it up. I enjoy camping and roughing it on occassion, but when you pay for a clean comfortable room and get a dump it's frustrating. I would not stay again if the cabin was free. A tent would have been cleaner and probably more comfortable.
