We had a great time! We loved the view, the water and the condos!! The staff was very helpful and courteous. We had brake problems while there, but found a reliable mechanic shop in Kimberling City that did our repairs. We will definitely be back.

We had a nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath within walking distance to the dock which was great. You can walk right into the lake but it's not really a beach, you should definitely have water shoes to walk over the small rocks, pools looked ok but a little small and we were so busy with other things we never used... Who isn't suspicious of room odorizers? Any excellent reviews did not gery the "1978" type low-end apartment grade that we got. Calls to front desk after we hoofed through significant terrain were unsympathetic. "sorry" no upgrades or changes once checked in. I expected laundry and newer amenities based on other reviews. Two words: buyer beware.

We chose this condo for a weekend visit with my sister and her husband because of the split floor plan and the view of the lake from the balcony, and what we thought was convienient to Branson. Second time staying here, first time was several years ago. Booked with Armed Forces Vacation Club which worked very well. We were "upgraded" to a Presidential View condo which was much nicer than the old units. It did have a wonderful view. Amenties and furnishings were probably about average. Very clean. Good customer service. Little off the beaten path.
