When we arrived we were told we had no reservation even though it was booked on Priceline four months prior. I waited an hour before it was taken care of. None of the amenities I paid for we're in the room and when questioned the staff told me that's what you get for booking on Priceline....never stay there!

Terrible neighborhood. Customer service was less than warm, almost rude & demeaning upon check-in. The hotel was well worn in & had an overall smell of must.
