After 12 hours with three of travel with 2 children this was a great place to stop and rest before the next stretch of the trip. The room was very spacious and the beds were great. The appliances in the room were helpful and the breakfast was good. Very nice place to stay!

I would like to recommend  Quality Suites at 11951 NW Ambassador Dr, Kansas City, MO 64153 . The accommodations are supreme, the entire staff especially Donald Ray, manager, are experts in hospitality. I will be staying at Quality Suites whenever I travel through or stay in Kansas City, Missouri.

Hotel was really nice. They offer a great rate to stay the night and catch the shuttle to the airport the next day. Rooms are newly renovated and the free breakrfast was really good. We wqill definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at 11:30 PM the fire alarm was going off, but the desk clerk was handling the situation well. The clerk honored our request for compensation due to the inconvenience of the alarm. Breakfast was good.

Matthew at the front desk was amazing in a difficult situation. He took good care of us despite the late hour and some technical difficulties plaguing the hotel.

Not quite sure what all of the poor reviews are about. Nice, clean, spacious room. Very close to airport. Absolutely what we expected a Choice Brand Hotel to be. Great value. Would stay here again when flying out of KC.
