“Great hotel”

The service was exceptional. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I loved the shower. Breakfast was very good. It is right next to the crown center so there is plenty to do and numerous places to eat. I wish i could have spent more than one night. I will be using this hotel again.

“Best hotel in every way”

Great location, lots of great dining close by, activities, welcoming staff, clean rooms! Dog friendly for small pooches, have never had a bad stay and I stay several times a year and it's always a great experirence.

This hotel has had some renovations and it has really made a big difference. Great shower! Great beds! Friendly staff! I stay at this hotel twice a year and it was always good, but this time was so much better. I will definately be back!

“Stay Elsewhere in Kansas City!!”

Ordered room service, got a callback that it would be 45 minutes instead of the original 30 - which was fine with me as I had lots of work to do. My husband and I stay at the Westin once a year. It is the perfect location for what we need. We have NEVER had a bad experience. It is very relaxing and the beds are so comfortable. I am thinking about making this a twice a year staycation.

Hotel has location with lots happening. Very nice mall attached to beautiful lobby. Skyway to Union Station as well. Staff was most helpful. Highly recommend this. Best Westin I have stayed at by far.
