Very disappointed in run down hotel. Staff was nice.

I have been very happy with Holiday Inns in the last few years but this one is way below the chain's standards. The building is run down, the elevator is dirty and beaten up. The rooms are more like 2-star level, not 2 1/2. There are no laundry facilities. Parking lot is jammed packed on the weekend.
