Have stayed at this hotel many times - this hotel is located 3 miles from MCI - as opposed to the "Comfort Inn Kansas CIty Internation Airport" in Platte City that is located 13 miles from MCI. I got in very late and left fairly early, so I didn't get time to experience any of the amenities. The rooms looked to be new, there were no problems to speak of. Didn't hear any noise from planes on approach or takeoff. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

My Niece was stuck at the Airport over night, scared and alone. I called Comfort Inn near the airport before I was finished with making my reservation the front desk clerk had sent his driver to the airport to pick her up. Stayed here one night before taking family member to airport for early flight. Room was clean, beds were fine, breakfast was adequate. Had to wait several minutes before we could check in while the desk clerk was firming up his entertainment plans for the evening, and the halls were stiflingly hot, but other than that, was perfectly acceptable.

Don't stay here. The staff steals from your room while you are gone. Electronics, medications you name it.

My family usually stays here when traveling to visit relatives in Kansas City. Of all the hotels around the airport, this one is a really nice option with reasonable rates. This is a nearly new hotel. Our room was immaculate. I did my standard bedbug check and found no problems. The bathroom was very clean.
