This hotel may be showing it's age and in need or remodel. The staff were very helpful. breakfast was to be expected but good. It's location to Arrowhead stadium was fantastic but is located in an industrial / corporate section of town. It is also near Isle Capri Casino.

Went here on a business trip and this is my second time here. i have never been disappointed. I don't really have time for much sight-seeing but the time that i spent in the hotel was enjoyable enough. Everything was in working and lots of clean towels.

The staff was VERY helpful and friendly, they were a pleasure to be around. I was impressed with how spacious the room was. Definitely up to par.

It was close to Worlds of Fun. Its under renovations which are needed. It was quiet while we were there and had a great view. The brunch was good but it was pretty crowded when we were there. There was construction on the roads on the way there but it wasn't terrible to get through. The staff was nice.

The staff was friendly, but the hotel itself is outdated, spartan and dark. The carpets in the halls and rooms are stained, equipment in the workout room was broken. They need to get on with the remodel - place was relatively deserted, very few guests.
