This is a pleasant small hotel in an interesting area of KC. The first room they gave us was inadequate with worn out furniture and saggy mattress. After speaking with the staff, we were switched to a much better room. Breakfast was good, happy hour drinks really weak but all in all we liked the hotel and would stay again.

We've stayed here once before and enjoyed it and this most recent stay was as good as the first. The rooms are clean, and while not huge by any means, were very comfortable. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location to walk to good restaurants and pubs. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel shuttle (3 mile radius) proved to be timely and adds a lot of value to your stay!
