I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. There is nothing at all to complain about the hotel. Every room has a full kitchen and a nice comfortable bed. There was recliner and a desk with desk chair. High speed internet was included and you could either use the WiFi or plug into the data port provided.

For a suite I found the room to be quite small as well as the television. The fire alarm in our room had no batteries in it, I had to go to fron desk and get some. The remote didnt work, an we only had 2 towels in our room. What I did like was down stairs is an area... More

The staff here really makes you feel welcome which helps when being away from home for extended periods. The overall hotel was in good shape and very clean.

If you are staying for one night, this hotel would fit your needs. There is no room cleaning service for multiple night stays....the trash doesn't get emptied unless you put your trash outside the door. Pros: The hotel is well priced for the quality. Good for families that like having small kitchen. Onsite store is good for snacks. Free laundry makes washing clothes easy...no need to deal with change. Decent internet connection.Comfortable bed. Cons: Hard to find. No breakfast. Poor snow removal in parking lot.

We were luckly able to book the king suite at the last minute for 2010 Marian Day in Carthage MO. The room is new, nice and very clean with separate bed room and kitchen. Very convenient. I would book the same room again when my next time coming to the town. Highly recommended.
