What a beautiful house in a picturesque setting! Everything from the gardens to the breakfast were first rate! Very comfortable room, great breakfast, lovely house, excellent lounge and bookshelves for browsing. Highly recommended (owners are thinking of selling up and retiring, so you might want to check they're still there or have good succession arrangements in place)

We stayed at a wonderful B & B just out of Hobart in a lovely old town Richmond. The property Millhouse on the Bridge is by a river and has a superb orchard garden.
