About a dozen wooden, spotless, cabins not really in a solid state but safe enough after all. Very basic facilities. 2 beds, a table and a chair. This is a basic but nice place to stay in Paracas. Rooms are like wooden huts which aren't very soundproof (!) but I had a very comfortable bed and the room was clean. Shared bathrooms are also cleaned regularly and there's hot water. Alberto, the owner is extremely helpful and makes you feel at home. Great value, I'd recommend it.

I stayed in Backpacker's House for 4 nights, more than I expected. Staffs Lidia and Alberto were super friendly and helpful. The living environment and quality was absolutely fine, and the beach near by just great! Highly recommended this hostal, with great staffs and great price too!!

By boyfriend got sick, and Alberto gave us a free room so he could recuperate, after showing us the clinic. He gave us a printout of where we should visit in Colombia, was very VERY nice, willing to chat in perfect English. The rooms are sparse, but the price is right. Go see Alberto.
