The staff here are so hospitable you feel like being at home. Nothing is too much trouble, even to stop and have a friendly chat. The food is all freshly cooked and the service if first class I will be staying here on future visits to Nortern Ireland and would recommend anyone looking for a hotel to use this one

Stayed 3 nights & tried the restaurant but whilst there were smiles, the service was too slow. Locals had been telling me to avoid it because it was slow - I see what they mean. Its not the fault of the staff ....always management's fault, because they're paid to provide resources. Not impressed with the receptionist who provided a second... More

Staff as always were both friendly and could not do enough to help especially the dark haired lady receptionist who is leaving shortly (sorry I didnot get her name)! Rooms as always clean and functional. Beds so large and comfortable. Another cracking stay here. I would not hesitate to return

Called in with my 97year young mother @ 8pm Tuesday evening for sweet & coffee. After waiting for 8 mins for table I approached waitress & was told to go to bar side, where all vacant tables had dirty dishes I went to bar to place order & again waited ages while 3 staff chatted. I asked for table to... More

we recently under took a mini-rugby trip to Lisburn basing ourselves in Premier Inn (17 children & 18 adults). A couple pre-arrival calls to Chris & Christine ensured everything was ready for us on arrival. The hotel was excellent value, for both the rooms & meals(we ate dinner & breakfast in the hotel). The restaurant & hotel staff were extremely... More

We only booked one night here and booked a more central hotel in the city for the remainder of our stay but wish now we'd booked our entire stay at this hotel. Free parking, friendly and helpful staff and a great restaurant. All the staff were friendly but special mention must go to the young man on the reception desk... More

The Premier Inn in Lisburn, County Antrim proved to be the right choice for our trip to Belfast for the Irish Dancing Championships. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere was just what we needed. We had two rooms beside each other which had a connecting door. Chris, the receptionist, was most helpful and obliging, he could not do enough for us. He... More

Stayed here for the 2nd time this year. It's a lovely hotel with great parking and a great restarant on site. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It's a great base for visiting Belfast which we did.

bar staff and receptionist great but unless you book early and get a good rate the whole premier inn chain is getting expensive for a 1 person stay by the time you pay £80 for the room £8 for breakfast and £3 for wifi. Would stay again if got a much cheaper rate if not would look elswhere
