Visited on a timeshare exchange. This is the worst resort we've ever stayed at. Check-in staff was unprofessional (wore red plaid flannel shirt and blue jeans). Me and my family stay at THE COLONADE we are now official owners of one of their studios(timeshare) service was great staff and employees were very friendly. we will be back next year. My family came from California I live in Arkansas and is one of the best hotels we have ever stay at.
