Once again the general manager "Joe" exceeded our expectations. He took care of us a little over a year ago for my parents "60th " anniversary and did it again for my "25". Room was ready when we arrived. Had the 3rd floor inside hotel room with balcany.The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried very hard to enter my Southwest Airline Rewards but the computer would not accept. The room was clean, but could hear the other rooms bathroom water. The breakfast was average. Would stay there again and recommend.
