We stayed at this location back in September. It is a good location although a little close to the highway noise. Nice redo on the hotel Good lobby and breakfast area. It has better than normal breakfast. They have added scrambled eggs, sausage patties and Gravy and biscuits in addition to the usual waffles and bagels, yogurt etc.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. Stayed here while moving and felt my car full of stuff was perfectly safe in the parking lot. Staff was really friendly. And, most importantly, the room was really clean.

We had never stayed in blue springs, mo before and were a little skeptical. We had seen a few reviews online that were very contradictory and wasn't sure which was the case. Our family stayed at this hotel during a sporting tournament. Our room smelled terrible and was dirty and not well maintained. The staff was not accommodating and even notified the manager of our opinion with no resolution.

We were heading towards this hotel as we have stayed here once before. We were riding in on our harley on I70 when our tire was going flat....traffic was crazy...no one wanted to slow down...finally made our exit ramp and was pulling into the parking lot when the bead broke on the tire and it separated from the rim...at 7PM...
