Lipstick on the Pig is a bit too harsh, however despite a glossy exterior, lobby, and bar, they need to fix the infrastructure. I stayed 3 nights, 2 rooms with my wife and twenty-something sons. Apparently I was fortunate to be in a room on the side opposite the airport, because a friend staying on the other side was kept awake by plane noise and I never heard any. I did hear the cell phone alarm from the room next door at 5:00am.

The title of my review may be a bit harsh, but the sentiment is apt. This hotel would be fine if it were a Fairfield Inn or a Courtyard, but as a Renaissance, at least in my opinion, it's an embarrassment (and a pricey one at that).
