Stayed here a few months back, and most of the previous reviews are correct. This used to be a retirement home, there are ramps and handicap alterations everywhere. Place is really old and beautiful but they are making improvements to the structure and roof. Gorgeous pond out back with lots of wildlife (fish, turtles, peacocks, SPIDERS). Fitness center is a...

This is a nursing home turned into a motel.....
Walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors clearing their throats....the ones that checked in after midnight.
The lights in the hallway stay on all night and there are two windows. We had to hang the bedspread over the one right next to the bed and the room was still...

The location of this Hotel was perfect for exploring the Gulfport area. It was tucked away from the bustling of the beach but only minutes from the beach. The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. Every morning there is complementary full breakfast buffet with views of the pond. The front desk has plenty of brochures on the...

The hotel is very much like a bed and breakfast inn. Not your usual hotel. The rooms were clean. Grounds and lake were nice. Enjoyed watching the ducks and peacocks. It is just the I-10 interchange and Hwy 49 so is very convenient but it's tucked into a residential area so it is very quiet and off the beaten path....

My sister , Mother must admit were a little reserved about the reviews. When we arrived to this Bed & breakfast place we were shocked it was located in residential neighborhoods. But then going inside we felt we were at home. We were treated with Southern Hospitality by the staff. And the Peacocks were putting on a show during the...

We booked several rooms in March for a June family reunion.
We asked for a good location and all together. We were given great location across from the pond. We all enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The rooms could use updating especially the carpet and bathrooms.
It was a fun property for our three grandchildren. Tjey enjoyed the peacocks and turles...

This was a great, beautiful and quiet place to stay. The large breakfast along with the beautiful grounds makes this place a great value. We were a couple in our 50s.
It is well off the beaten path so have a google map or GPS to get you there, especially after dark. From the moment we arrived, we were so...

I am all for independent hotels and quirkiness...and I chose this place to avoid the casinos. But it was strange from the get-go. For all of their talk about "southern hospitality," what I got was a woman who could barely tear herself away from the television to check me in. Whatever, people are entitled to have bad days...
But as...

The tour guides were great and personable. The weather was a little chilly and all the flowers were not out but the grounds were still beautiful. Saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the petting zoo.
