All staff encountered portrayed "customer service PLUS". Our room was very clean and accommodating. Nothing like the convenience of the subway to avoid the "elements". Location is great walking distance to various restaurants and stores. We have stayed at other hotels in Rochester during our visits but will always return to the Kahler from now on.

We recently stayed at the Kahler Inn and Suites in conjunction with a visit to the Mayo Clinic. We found it to be nicely appointed for a hotel in this price range and very clean. This is the second time that we have been to Mayo. The rate paid was worth the price. It is connected to the Mayo Clinic via underground walkways. Very convienient.
