Nice, very clean room, and a friendly staff. The lobby was inviting. Free WiFi. Price was reasonable. Only stayed one night, but the room was immaculate and the place was very quiet. Most parking is around the back. The hotel is right beside of the Americana Inn when trying to get to it. More

I own property in the Midwest and I have stayed at the Nichols Inn 1-2 times per year for the last 5 years. They don't offer fancy accommodations, but the rooms are always extremely clean, the staff is very accommodating and friendly, and the location is convenient. I recommend it highly for business travellers in the area. More
