I was at the property in Early February. The hotel has been recently updated with carpet, 32" TV's, bedding, new art and lighting. The room was very clean and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Vry comfortable bed and a great nights sleep. Will be back!

Hotel service was great. The value was outstanding. Breakfast area and lounge are very clean and comfortable. We stayed here while visiting Itasca State Park, had a great time. I will definitely be back to stay at this hotel. Also great destination spot as it is within 20 minutes of both itasca and leech lake.

We stayed in early July, 2012. We arrived near midnight, so the hotel was quiet, and service was prompt. Typical AmericInn. Continental breakfast was ok - nothing special, and not a lot of options. Waffle maker needed to be replaced. Hotel was clean and service was good. Would stay again.

Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Just what you would expect from Americinn. Pool area was nice with good sauna. Good breakfast. Good location. Great shopping in park Rapids................. Also, good pizza at Zorbaz.

As a Business, my Wife & I were very fortunate that AmericInn had a room to our satifactory. The pricing was also great. We will be back for futre stay's with AmericInn.

Very nice clean rooms. Pool is nicet, hot tub always great. You just can not beat the great staff, friendly and know the town well. A great value. I have stayed many times while visting family.

We were on motorcycle trip and made this one of our stops. I remember it as being a nice place for the money and area. Staff were friendly and very helpful on area dining spots. Room was clean and comfortable.

My wife booked us a jacuzzi room (#119) for a Friday night.We were both impressed with the layout and size of the room.My wife didn't think the hot tub was properly cleaned so she did it herself.The bed was comfortable and we slept well until the heat kicked on.The fan sounded like a gravel crusher!
