It really is "budget". It was only $69.00 on a Friday night! We and one other couple were the only ones there. So, the good thing is it IS quiet! But, it is very outdated. Very old carpet. The walls could use some pain. The mattress and box spring were VERY old and slightly torn on the sides. The shower... More

We ended up staying at this hotel our of desperation. It was 2:30 in the morning and could not find a hotel open on the way to Garson MN. We had flown in for Boston and thought we could find a hotel open on the way to Garson MN. Not the case. Forgot we would be driving to the middle... More

This is a hard review to write because the owners seemed like nice folks and I have to be negative in the review. We came to this place when Grand Casino Milacs was full so it was definately a "second choice". It is 4 miles down the highway, still on the lake, a rather plain small two story inn, but... More

The room we rented was for ten days. After the first night we looked around for other lodging but everything in the area was booked. Had a handicap room with no smoking..you could detect the smoke throughout the building though. The hosts were extremely chincy on towels, changing the sheets daily, mopping the bathroom floor (it was a roll in... More

I think some of the other reviews are a little harsh, This place is not a 5 star hotel, and if you think you can have 4-5 stars for $70 a night you have a mental condition and should see your doctor, That being said, the place is Adequate, but nothing special, what else can you expect, its a budget... We were in need of accomodations as we were in the area for a concert at a nearby casino and they had no rooms available. We reluctantly booked our room here after reading reviews by others and were prepared to cancel our reservation if it was truly that bad. It wasn't. No, this is not a great motel (especially for... Unless you are used to sleeping in the Australian Outback (like the one somewhat positive reviewer) this hotel is a dive and not worth more than $29.99 even by today's prices. Just like the first reviewer we were under the impression that they were almost full and reserved a room over the phone immediately, the next Saturday morning there were... More

This place really truely is a dump. When you call to make a reservation they act like they are full and no rooms available even when you look on the computer. We had no one at the desk to help you for 2 days. You had to call a number to get someone to help you. What they list for... More

My wife and I frequent the area and it was the only place that had a room to reserve (no wonder) We were unable to go so cancelled 3 days in advance. They still charged us and refuse to refund the money even with phone records to prove it. They can't speak english and are very rude. Stay away from... More
