We pricelined a room and got this hotel as we wanted to spend the night in the city after the twins game. The $30 valet parking seemed a little high, and it was not for covered parking. If I were rating this hotel just on the helpfulness of the staff, it would get five stars. The front desk staff were super nice, as were the bellhops. Very friendly. Don't let the exterior fool you. This is a wonderful classy place with super minnesota friendly service on the inside! It's an older building so I don't think all the rooms are the same, but mine was one of the best laid out hotel rooms I've ever been in. Very clean and very modern. More
