Everyone here was very personable and cheerful, from the servers at my conference to housekeeping to the front desk - they have been trained on how to treat their guests! This hotel is minutes from the airport, and 1 mile from the Mall of America. Also, the hotel is next to a national wildlife refuge which provides trails and walking opportunities. I thought the hotel was very clean and modern, although the building itself does show some signs of aging, as evidenced by other traveler's photos of poor paint work.... More
