“Consistently good service”

We've stayed here on numerous occasions and find the front desk staff to be very welcoming and friendly. During this stay, Fran and Ashley were particularly helpful. Love the location and the amenities the hotel has to offer.

“Worked perfect for a one night stay”

When we arrived to the airport we called for a shuttle and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. Check in and check out was smooth and staff was polite. Rooms are very spacious but a little dated. This hotel is line with other Hyatt Places. Extra large rooms and very clean. The beds are quite comfortable and soft. Comfortable beds and decent continental breakfast to start off your day. About a mile to Mall of America with shuttle service to the mall and airport. Friendly staff. Like other Hyatt Place I've stayed in, the bathrooms are tiny.

I've stayed at the property a couple of times. It has complimentary transportation to/from the MSP airport. It also will take you to the Mall of America. “Hidden Gem”

We have stayed at this Hyatt twice. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms also have the sink outside the shower area which is great. They have a nice casual eating area with a super menu, wine and beer.
