I checked in late with no problems. The room was clean and info of the area was available. The shower had excellent hot water in AM. its an average room and affordable rates... friendly and helpful receptionist and cleaners... nice and clean room... its very easy to book and lots options for food deliveries... the room we stayed in was a king size bed, big computer desk, clean rest room, with Tv, ref and microwave...

This place is right off I-75 at Rochester Rd & close to Troy's Big Beaver corridor. Some people have really ranted about the place online. You get what you pay for. The rooms are very basic. However, they are clean & quiet. The staff are professional & have coffee for you in the front check-in.

Checked in after 10pm, the staff was very nice. The room we stayed in had a king bed with mirco/refrig, recliner and workstation. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of channels to watch. Breakfast was ok, could of used some fruit. Over all stay was very Comfortable. Would recommend this motel to everyone. Great location

Have stayed at this Red Roof a number of times and have noticed it has really gone downhill. For the area it is cheap but have stayed in muchnicer Red Roof's between Michigan and Florida. Housekeeping was marginal and front desk was slow to take care of customers.

Cleaning staff was hard-working and the place was very clean for a budget motel. Free Internet, but otherwise bare-bones amenities. Good value if you're traveling on a budget. Very close to the Somerset Collection Mall where you can spend all the money you saved!

Stayed Aug 3-5, 2012. I booked this particular hotel in Troy because of reviews. I have to say, I was not disappointed. The room was clean, bed linens were clean, bathroom was clean and overall the room did not smell. I would stay here again.
