Room was inexpensive, but place is run down and grungy. Lots of ants everywhere. Outside looks ok, but inside is pretty crappy. I would stay at this hotel again.

Saugatuck and Douglas are tourist destinations, so it's not surprising that there are many nice b & b's around the area. Did not like at all,run down place and charging lots money.Breakfast is even worst Dollar store brand donuts and no fruits at all.

i stayed in this hotel last month and was disappointed me , first of all the guy was working at front dest so terribel and rude ,mean, and xtra dull. he did not even know guest service and attitude to customer. place was run down and room was not clean at all. never go back there.

This Best Western room was clean except for the carpet. Brand new mattress' in our room. Very good nights rest, no noise noticed. Good breakfast.

This motel provided your basic room and for the area the price was reasonable. We had no complaints except for the noise level from the floor above. This place is EXPENSIVE for what you get! There is no elevator and the carpets look like they haven't been vacuumed for ages! The carpet that is on the floors doesn't even match the carpet that trims it! Being a PLATINUM Best Western Card holder, I would have to say that this place is a huge disappointment! Nice, clean room. Continental breakfast was good. Hotel is only a short drive to Saugatuck and Oval Beach. Staff was friendly and eager to please the customers. Would stay here again if I travel to Saugatuck again.

Great location near all the nice shops restaurants. Quiet and off the "beaten path" of the other tourist towns.
