The room was average. the breakfast- average. the furniture in the lobby/TV room is dirty. Sleep on the left side of the building , the trash pick up in the morning is loud.

We arrived at this Niles Inn at 1:30 AM ... it's sign stood out, and the lobby at least seemed acceptable. We were terribly disappointed with the condition of the room. In all my years of staying in motels, this was the first one I had ever stayed in that didn't even have a phone in the room! Very poor... More

We have stayed here many times as our kids live in Niles. Often, when there are Notre Dame games, the other hotels are full and charge a fortune and this one does not. It needs some paint and some remodeling, but the rooms are sparkling clean. There is no restaurant or pool. It is a no frills place. If you... More

i went to Niles, Michigan for the death of my father, had to get a hotel room and choose niles inn. It was the worst thing that i have had to deal with first being in the city for a sad event, then having to exit the facility in the middle of the night because the bed bugs where crawling... More

While I read alot of bad reviews I was very pleased with the service I recieved at the hotel. I know its an older hotel but worth the price. They have many price options and were willing to work with me because I was staying long term. I would recommend this hotel to anyone working with a budget.

“Stayed in better looking dungeons that were more comfortable.” What a rathole. If there were any other rooms at any other hotel available anywhere on the planet, I would have run out of the lobby so fast that I would have been leaving a wake behind me. I can see why there was no picture of the hotel on the... More

Very old hotel but my room was clean. The staff was very friendly, I asked for more towels and they were delivered to my room within about 5 min. I would come again. The price is what got me in the door and I will make sure I use this hotel again when I come back to Niles.

I was very dissappointed! When we first arrived, the hallways were freezing and not vacuumed. The front desk service absolutely sucked, and no help at all. We opened our room door, and noticed that it was basically busted, because everytime we opened or closed it it made a super loud noise. The wallpaper was peeling and the ceiling had a... More

It was the dirtiest hotel I've seen in traveling. The hallway smelled so bad that you wanted to throw up and the sheets had holes in them and hair from the last person. We did not stay there. Every room smelled like old trash and cigarette smoke. When we went into the room and saw the hair in the bed... More
