We stayed 5 nights with my 11 year old son in the family room. We found the B and B very comfortable and clean. The hosts were lovely and warm with great tips on what to do. Breakfast was simple, fresh croissants, danishes and melon ( there is no cooked breakfast and we were aware of this at booking) .... More

We had a wonderful time at Enchantee. Mo and Steve are the perfect hosts and the house and bedrooms are spacious and so tastefully decorated. The weather was fantastic during our stay and we ate breakfast in the B&B's lovely courtyard garden both days. We enjoyed the stay at Enchantee and used the B and B as a base to discover the Charentes region. The rooms were very clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and power shower ensuite. The service from the owner was excellent - attentive and personal. Great breakfasts with fresh croissants, danish pastries and unlimited fresh teas and coffees.

If it hadn't been for Steve and Mo at Enchantee we might never have discovered the sheer tranquility and variety of the Charente region. My wife and I drove to Jarnac as part of a house-hunting trip. We spent one night in the familiar suite at Enchantee last June, a very comfortable and nicely-decorated B & B. Steve & Mo were very friendly, recomending us where to dinner, what to visit..., and the breakfast was fantastic.

Conveniently located in the charming small town of Jarnac, Steve and Mo are wonderful hosts. They can tell you all about places to eat and give you directions too. The breakfast pastries are to die for and the house seems to be a typical French home. It was just what we needed for a relaxing break whilst visiting relatives nearby.

Having arrived at the Jarnac Tourist Office they rang Mo, who invited us to come around and see the rooms first. Everything was perfect. Mo's warm greeting, bright sunny, clean rooms with attention to decoration, we were more than happy. Mo and Steve made us both feel very welcome, a lovely friendly, family atmosphere and great rooms, just like home from home, Mo and Steve couldn't do enough for us. I would recomend Enchantee to anyone. A lovely friendly village, we loved the place that much we bought a property here. Brilliant many thans Mo and Steve. Gary and Helen.
