This hotel was very nice at a very good price. Close to city centre, clean, good parking and the land lady was very nice and she speeks English very well. The breakfast was well worth its price for EUR 6. Tea/coffee, croissants, bread, cornflakes yoghurt.

Highest points in all positions! Perfect, pretty cheap hotel in the city centre. We had enormous, spacious room with comfortable beds, perfect bathroom and little balcon with a view to the square and Patton's tank. That was our firs location in France, that GPS found with no problem. And that was Lucky Sign. We got a large clean room with a small room for our son. We could see Mont Saint Michel from our window. I stayed here with my mother on our trip to France in July. I have travelled extensively in Europe over the past 6 years staying in a variety of places including B&B's and hostels. The manager, Florence Lecourtois, epitomized hospitality. She was warm and welcoming at registration, extremely helpful with suggestions, and even made me coffee in the morning well outside the time breakfast had been served. She helped tote our luggage. The hotel was clean, well-appointed and extremely comfortable .... all at an extremely affordable rate!

I travelled with my mother, husband, 2 sons, sister and her partner, to visit the German war cemetery. We didn't arrive at the hotel until 9.30pm but were greeted by wonderful Florence Lecourtois, who offered to ring the local pizza restaurant to ask them to stay open a bit later so that we could get something to eat! We stayed at this hotel only for one night, on the way to Mont St. Michel. The family room is big enough for 4 people. room and bathroom were very clean. We arrived at 22h30m and had dinner in the Pizzaria across the street open until midnight. wi-fi worked well .

We stayed at the Hotel Patton after visiting Mont Saint Michel and before our drive to Rouen. The owner is very friendly and outgoing. The hotel is being renovated.
