Nautic apartments is a tremendous value--even the cheapest room has easy access to a spacious patio overlooking the sea. The apts are an easy walk from the ferry terminal (the directions on the website are for driving only--you can walk straight along the shore in a pedestrian zone to the apts). the owners are friendly and helpful.
