Ingrid S's review is misleading, we were there in March 2012, everything was fine. Rooms brand new, lovely bathroom, quite air conditioning. Very good food in rooftop resturant, the traffic noise below reflected the location in a busy interesting town with the Palace and 'Big Temple' within walking distance. Unfinished hotel, got total refund, website photo soooo misleading, rooms grimly decorated, service will need MUCH improvement, situation awful opening onto a grotty street in a town that is going nowhere, badly designed,bathroom which was dangerously slippy for older people,no service but the food was good
