The service is great with a very friendly staff. Room was clean , all rooms with sea view. The location is the best in Matrouh, on the far west coast. Food is great but not a lot of varieties. Best thing there "The Sand and Sea" Also you have to pay for Internet.

we've been there 4 its reputation,BUT the rooms were so poor,beds are very uncomfortable,we all didnt sleep well.BUFFET was more than boring ,u can tell what's in before u enter,offering very few items and tasteless dishes.it only has a nice view,but i will think again before i go there
