The owners are certifiably insane! Management yelled at me because I had guests in the pool area! They were not even swimming. That is good customer service! The most unfriendly people I have ever met. Way to scare my four children jerk.

This place has dust everywhere ! I am talking on the picture tops over the bed , under the bed with spider webs , under the rooms chairs and in and on the AC unit . Very large, clean room, tastefully decorated and lots of amenities: frig, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Loved shower/tub/toilet separate from sink and mirrors. Very reasonable rate, friendly staff and 10% discount on delicious breakfast next door at lovely 3 seasons restaurant next door.We'll definitely be back next summer.

The rooms are filthy! Apparently, the hotel doesn't own a vacuum. The non-smoking rooms smell like ashtrays. The private beach is the worst I've seen in the UP. I've stayed in some bad hotels but this one takes the cake.

We always stay there when we are in town. This time we had a second floor room. The room was large and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure.
