Stayed one night. This is an older, but spic and span clean motel. Nice staff. Great, free continental breakfast. Right across from the Lake MI beach. Town about a mile walk. Great value for the money. Small rooms.

The room was very clean and the inn is just a stone's throw to the Lake Michigan beach, a real plus. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. It's a convenient place to stay when taking the S.S. Badger Lake Michigan Car Ferry from Ludington to Manitowoc, WI. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return there again.

The room decor is not only outdated, but it is falling apart and dusty. The dried flower arrangements look like rat nests. Clean, quiet and a block from the beach, this was a good place to stay in Luddington. The desk clerk was friendly and attentive. She gave great recommendations for places to eat nearby. Researched before we went, knowing there are several 'lakeside' hotels in Ludington, and was impressed during the first phone call. My husband is wheelchair bound and they went out of their way to make certain we had a wonderful accessible room. Super service, clean, beautiful, awesome pool and jacuzzi. Go!

We've stayed here several times when in Ludington and have enjoyed it each time. We always ask for a view with a view of the lake; not sure what it would be like in other rooms.
