I've stayed at theViking Arms several times while on motorcycle trips through Michigan. Dave, Dawn and the dogs are terrific. Contrary to another review, the rooms are always SPOTLESS! Yes, the rooms may look a little dated, but that adds to the charm of the place. It's like staying in an "Ozzie and Harriett" episode but with cable.

Was quiet. Which was refreshing. Rooms were very clean and worth every penny. Best stay on my trip through Michigan. That's sayinn something since I was at 4 other motels. Nice job. Will be back very soon. All ground level rooms. So no walking stairs or taking elevators.

Spent this last weekend in Ludington for a girls getaway and stayed at the Viking Arms Inn. Will definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly,and rooms were clean and affordable. Close to downtown Ludington and the S.S. Badger. I also liked that it is locally owned and not a chain. Happy to support a local owner.
